When you make a purchase, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe or another payment processor. We may receive limited payment records such as purchase status, billing email, plan, amount, currency, and transaction identifiers, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

We may automatically collect device, browser, log, cookie, analytics, referral, and usage information, such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location inferred from IP address, campaign parameters, and error or performance data.

We use information to provide Speech Tank, generate and edit speeches, save your progress, authenticate users, process payments, send service messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, analyze product performance, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

With your permission or where otherwise allowed, we may also use your contact information to send product updates, writing tips, marketing messages, and promotional offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Speech Tank uses third-party AI providers to generate, revise, and evaluate speech content. To provide those features, we may send your prompts, interview responses, speech drafts, edits, and related context to AI providers for processing.

You should avoid submitting information that you do not have permission to share or that you would not want processed by the service and its providers.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, attribution, marketing measurement, and product improvement. You can control some cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect core service functionality.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Speech Tank, including hosting, database, authentication, AI model, analytics, email, customer support, abuse prevention, payment, and security providers.

We may share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell your speech drafts. Some analytics or advertising tools may be considered sharing under certain privacy laws, depending on how those laws apply.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve Speech Tank, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we collected it.

You can update account information through the product where available. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us.

Speech Tank is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Speech Tank and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.
