Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Speech Tank, including our website, interview flow, speech generation tools, editing tools, and related services. By creating an account, starting a speech, purchasing a product, or otherwise using Speech Tank, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Speech Tank on behalf of an organization or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

Speech Tank helps users generate, edit, and refine speeches. The service may collect interview answers, personal details, event context, tone preferences, and other materials you provide, then use AI-generated drafting features to create speech drafts and revisions.

AI-generated output can be useful, but it may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or inappropriate for a particular audience. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any speech draft or suggestion.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Speech Tank is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with involvement and permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You keep ownership of the interview answers, names, stories, speech drafts, edits, uploads, and other content you submit to Speech Tank. You grant Speech Tank a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.

You may not use Speech Tank to break the law, infringe rights, harass or harm others, submit malicious code, interfere with the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits, payment flows, security controls, or access restrictions.

You may not submit highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your speech and you have permission to share it.

Paid features, one-time purchases, subscriptions, upgrades, taxes, and refunds are presented at checkout or in the product. Payment processing is handled by Stripe or another third-party payment processor, and your use of those payment services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Unless we state otherwise at checkout or are required by law, fees are charged when you complete the purchase and may be non-refundable once digital services or generated speech outputs have been delivered.

Speech Tank and its software, design, branding, prompts, workflows, templates, documentation, and other service materials are owned by Speech Tank or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the service.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service itself without written permission.

Speech Tank may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, email, payments, AI model processing, abuse prevention, and other service operations. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Speech Tank at any time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You may stop using Speech Tank at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service unlawfully.

Speech Tank is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Speech Tank does not provide legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speech Tank will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Speech Tank for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate.
